TRANSPORT
Our vehicles are all air conditioning, with water bowls, pet first aid kits and extra leads & harnesses.

We look to fit our vehicles with bespoke crates to ensure comfort and safety whilst on the road.
This also means that every dog has their own space before and after the walk!

Our Pawsome cars are used for the smaller walks and are fitted with doggy seatbelts and seat dividers.
Your dogs safety is of the utmost importance to us and we take safety within vehicles very seriously!
HEALTH AND SAFETY
To ensure the highest level of safety on our walks, we aim to keep the number of dogs on each walk as small as possible at any time.
This allows us to be more diligent in taking care of your dog, and also enables us to give them plenty of love, attention and fuss before, during and after their walk.​

Pawsome walkers are fully insured and all members of staff will have a clean DBS check, a full clean driving licence and be Pet First Aid Qualified.
We also follow the Jersey Data Protection laws and are registered with JFSC.

ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM
We use an online software called Time To Pet, which is all processed through a handy, user friendly app.
Through the app you can request any walks or visits, view your dogs walk schedule and request changes to your bookings with ease.
The system also features an in app messaging service, where messages regarding a walk / visit can be viewed by the whole team - and here's the best bit...
Once a walk is completed, you will receive a message update and pictures of your dog out and about so you don't miss out on any of the fun!

EDUCATION
The safety and betterment of each dog is at the heart of everything we do and we are always actively trying to improve the way we do things.
​
We are dedicated to providing the best service possible, which is why we invest in our teams ongoing professional education. We are proactive in our approach and always willing to improve.
​
The team are Pet First Aid qualified with the JSPCA, with most of the team currently on course to completing their Canine Behaviour Training Diploma with the Centre of Excellence.
​
With this course Hannah and the Team are making sure that they are staying ahead of the curve when it comes to the safety of your dog, but also their physical condition and mental wellbeing.
